Embracing The Art & Science Of Physical Therapy In Letter & Spirit!

Horizon Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation was born out of a realization that there’s a fundamental problem with traditional and time-old methods of physical therapy and rehabilitation. The road to recovery is grueling, overwhelming, and lonely as it is. What’s more is that it’s made worse by the complex jargon, techniques, and practices used by self-proclaimed therapists with little experience and expertise.

And so, we took matters into our own hands and set up Horizon Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. Our highly experienced and professional physical therapists offer compassionate and personalized care as well as treatment, enabling all our patients to get back up on their feet to do the things they love.
